New Boutique Hotel in Chianti

Pierattelli Architettura begins the restoration project of a Villa from the 11th Century: located in the wonderful setting of the Tuscan countryside, the building will be converted into a boutique hotel with 20 suites.

Pierattelli Architectures begins a new renovation project that involves the creation of a boutique hotel in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. The intervention will transform a villa from the 11th Century into a luxury accommodation,  bringing the original Romanesque architecture to light.

Immersed in the vineyards and olive groves of Chianti, the boutique hotel will offer 20 suites, from 50 to 70 square meters, with an intimate and refined atmosphere. The existing swimming pool overlooking the hills will be expanded and will be created a high-level restaurant independent from the structure and open to the public.
